@JoeBuhlig Check out http://evangelicalbible.com. If one exists they would likely have it. Bought a bible from them about 6 mo ago. Great customer service.

@JoeBuhlig Hey, @hannahjoy1234 ... Isn't this similar to what you were looking for last year? What did you find?
@JoeBuhlig Cambridge Clarion reference - one of the best Bibles out there - little pricey but last a long time - this is ESV
@JoeBuhlig Doesn’t totally fit your criteria but close - let me know if you want more info
@JoeBuhlig I think that may be because so many Reader’s editions are multi-volume.
@garrickbailey Another solid point. This used to be the norm before study Bibles took over. They were small print to make it work. Which I’m fine with.
@JoeBuhlig @garrickbailey Seems like the no-headers would be tough...
@tulipgrrl @garrickbailey It’s true. The single column is doable but not as prevalent.
@JoeBuhlig @garrickbailey Ligonier Ministries and Westminster Seminary Bookstore regularly have sales on leather-bound Bibles. Don't know about the other options....
@tulipgrrl @garrickbailey I’ll check. It’s the other pieces that are proving tough to locate.
@JoeBuhlig @garrickbailey I'm with you... NASB or ESV or KJV... Depending upon the context.
@JoeBuhlig Search for Reader’s Edition and see what comes up. Also, don’t be scared to include the CSB in your parameters.
@garrickbailey Found that one! Haven’t located a leather version, though.
CSB simply doesn’t suite me well. I get that people like it but it’s not for me.
Bible nerds: Does this exist?
- Single-column
- No section titles
- Leather bound
- No cross references
- Verse numbers (optional)
- ESV or NASB
Next question: I'd like to name all the units in a similar style. Right now we refer to them as "the big house, the tiny house, and the cottage" but that already gets confusing. What ideas do you have?
Here are photos of two of the listings.
@nathanbarry Names of local crops? Different sized Berries (pun intended 😉)? Avocado, Strawberry, and Blueberry.
Hey, Club. We have to call an audible. This recording is being moved. Don’t know exactly when yet but it won’t be today. 😢
@JoeBuhlig Making Democracy Work is much better, more interesting, and easier to read.
@JWellsCFO Thanks for he recommendations. For now, I’m taking a break from 90s pseudo-science. 👍🏻
This 400+ page monster was a bit of a slog for me. But I made it! https://twitter.com/bookwormfm/status/1339923700343336964
Something I can’t help but notice:
All the folks talking about “The Hustle” are those who went through “The Hustle”.
Which means it’s likely they got their “start” thanks to loads of hard work in the beginning and now the hard work is paying off.
Great news here for @OmniFocus for the Web users.

NEWS: Twitter is shutting down Periscope fully by March 2021.
@JoeBuhlig Even the next slide would be enough! It’s either global takeover of your computer or just the current slide. Sigh....
I wish Keynote would let you see the slide list at the same time as presenting in window mode. Workaround has been to screenshot it and open in Preview. Unless someone has a better method.
Apple should take out a full-page ad that’s just this https://twitter.com/tomwarren/status/1339174301564604418
Apple exposing all the ways Facebook tracks you with it iOS app is really quite something
This will be about a 30-min session. But definitely packed.

@curtismchale 🤷♂️ Gotta be better about staying on top of it so this doesn’t happen again.
My apologies to anyone on my RSS feed. Had to catch up on the Bookworm posts.
I built a Siri Shortcut to make it a one click post in the future. 😉
Found it. You can use the Fitness app without a Watch. But you can’t install the Fitness app without having connected a Watch previously. 😢
CC: @RosemaryOrchard
Those with an iPhone or an iPad that don't have their Apple Watch handy will still be able to enjoy a workout with Apple's new workout service.
@JoeBuhlig It doesn’t! On the iPhone and iPad. Apple TV does need it.
@RosemaryOrchard What?! So I’m definitely missing something then. IPhone X here.
